General Dynamics will present new Pandur SHORAD 6Ă—6 air defense vehicle at AUSA 2025.

The Pandur SHORAD integrates Moog’s Reconfigurable Integrated-Weapons Platform (RIwP) turret onto the Pandur Evo armored vehicle, providing maneuver short-range air defense capabilities. This integration would allow the Pandur SHORAD to address both rotary- and fixed-wing threats as well as drone swarms, while leveraging the EVO’s proven protection level, mobility, and transportability. Here’s why Navy destroyers are being sent to the southern border mission.
