Xcelerate Solutions is a defense and national security company that provides integrated solutions in strategic consulting, digital transformation, and enterprise security.
VMD delivers IT solutions to the Federal government in cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and agile engineering.
“McNally Capital is a lower middle-market private equity firm that targets thesis-driven investments in the United States.
The combined company will go to market as Xcelerate Solutions.”
