Tyto Athene to Acquire MindPoint

Tyto Athene, Arlington Capital Partners’ portfolio company, has agreed to acquire MindPoint.

Tyto Athene connects their clients with technology, to integrate and manage systems with the aim of delivering the best value to Defense, National Security, Intelligence, Space, and Public Safety. The company provides services in four major technology domains: Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, Network Modernization, and Enterprise IT.

Arlington Capital Partners is a private investment firm that collaborates with management teams and founders to build businesses in the aerospace and defense, government services and technology, and healthcare sectors.

MindPoint Group aids in maintaining and developing information systems. They assess, respond, maintain, protect and automate systems for their customers.
