T2S Solutions Acquired by MDP

Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP) has acquired T2S Solutions.

Madison Dearborn Partners is a private equity investment firm that invests in targeted industries like government solutions and technology. It has a history of partnering with the Intelligence Community, Special Operations, and Department of Defense.

T2S solutions is a veteran owned small business. It is a product and solution provider specializing in integration, engineering, systems development, rapid prototyping and experimentation.

The founders of the T2S will continue to lead the company. They will keep a significant minority ownership position. Tim Gay, the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of T2S, said they are excited to partner with MDP as they continue their mission to deliver innovative technologies and solutions.
