Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA) has completed its acquisition of Intrepid.

Intrepid links SPA to the US Army's top two mission priorities: enterprise modernization and integrated battle management.

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. delivers defense and homeland security program services to its clients. The company also offers strategic planning, technical analysis, systems engineering, operations research, program management consulting, force structure analysis, warfare assessment, modeling, and simulation services.

Intrepid, LLC offers engineering and technical support services, program management, and contract execution.
