Sigma Defense Acquires EWA

Sigma Defense has acquired Electronic Warfare Associates, Inc. 

Sigma Defense Systems LLC, a Sagewind Capital portfolio company, serves the Department of Defense by providing systems and services for JADC2, C5ISR and DevSecOps. Through its software-focused approach, this tactical communications system enhances information gathering and sharing, leading to quicker decision-making and improved mission results.

EWA provides professional services and specialized products to its customers. It specializes in a variety of EW products and services, including analysis, simulation and training, RF threat simulators and custom instrumentation for laboratories and OARs, signal analysis software, and embedded training hardware and software.
