QinetiQ has appointed Tracy Gee as Chief People Officer.
She will lead the development and execution of a people strategy designed to strengthen workforce performance while advancing key defense and national security objectives.
Gee joins QinetiQ with over three decades of experience leading human resources initiatives within complex, mission-driven organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer and Head of the Center for Inclusive Governance at the National Association of Corporate Directors.
