Parsons to Acquire BlackSignal

Parsons has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Razor’s Edge portfolio company, BlackSignal Technologies.

Parsons is a disruptive technology provider in the global infrastructure and national security markets. The company has capabilities across cyber and intelligence, transportation, urban development, environmental remediation, space and missile defense, and critical infrastructure protection.

Razor's Edge is a multi-stage investment firm that focuses on high-growth opportunities. It deploys venture capital in promising, early-stage companies, as well as growth equity to market-leading companies.

BlackSignal Technologies is a digital signal processing, electronic warfare, and cybersecurity provider.

Parsons was advised by Raymond James, and BlackSignal was advised by Baird.
