NexTech Solutions (NTS), a defense technology provider, has acquired Halcyon Days Consulting (HDC). HDC builds tactical mission networks (TMNs) and operational software for the U.S. military and allies.
The deal gives NTS a networking and operational software stack built for denied, disrupted, intermittent, and limited (DDIL) environments. The joint team plans to speed up delivery of tactical mission networks, operational software, cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (RMF) work, foreign partner enablement, and systems integration.
