Mobix Labs has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Vision Aerial.
The acquisition advances Mobix Labs' National Security Matters Initiative and positions the company in fast-growing markets for drones, autonomous aerial systems, and aerial intelligence. Vision Aerial's platforms support national security, infrastructure inspection, energy operations, and public safety, with customers including the US Air Force, US Navy, and other government and commercial operators. The transaction is expected to close this quarter, subject to customary closing conditions including financing and stockholder approval.
