MindPoint Acquired by Tyto Athene

Tyto Athene, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of MindPoint.

Patti Chanthaphone, Tyto Athene's new Federal Civilian Group President, is set to play an integral part in the growth and cyber initiatives of the company. This includes the appointment of two new C-suite team members and the acquisition of Microtel, LLC.

Tyto Athene delivers mission-focused solutions to U.S. defense, national security, intelligence, space, civilian, and public safety agencies worldwide. The company utilizes global logistics and full-spectrum digital transformation solutions to modernize and integrate enterprise-level operations.

Arlington Capital Partners is a private investment firm that partners with founders and management teams to build businesses in the government services and technology, aerospace and defense, and healthcare sectors.
