Lynk Global and Omnispace have announced a planned merger.
The merged company will capitalize on Omnispace’s 60 MHz of globally coordinated S-band spectrum and its priority ITU filings, both optimized for device-to-device (D2D) services.
Lynk Global is a telecommunication software company that develops and provides connectivity, satellite communication, bridging, wireless telecommunication, cell broadcast, messaging, voice, and mobile broadband solutions.
Omnispace is a company that delivers communication services. It also provides mobile wireless networking solutions, mobile satellite, and mobile broadband markets.
