System One Holdings LLC has acquired KeyLogic Technologies Corp.

System One is a provider of workforce solutions and specialized, highly technical outsourced services to government sectors, technology, critical infrastructure, and life sciences. It is a portfolio company of Oaktree Capital Management.

KeyLogic is a Proteus Capital backed company that provides digital transformation, data analytics, and advanced research and development services for the Federal market.
