KBR Wins $199 Million DOD Cyber Capability Transformation Contract

KBR inked a $199 million deal under the Department of Defense's Information Analysis Center's (DODIAC) multiple-award contract vehicle.

The company will be responsible for the transformation of the DOD's zero-trust capability. This advanced security measure is needed for secure data flow and edge protection, which are important for military operations. The team will also do research, analysis, experiments, and assessments.

In addition to this, the company will also take on technology areas, including the next-generation wireless technology, integrated sensing and cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and autonomy, space technology, networked systems-of-systems, and quantum science.
