Perks of the Intelligence Act: POTUS may soon have the authority to block digital assets.
Proposed U.S. legislation would cover anti-terrorist financing provisions and would give POTUS the power to restrict access to digital assets. This has prompted industry concerns about its implications. While “defunding terrorists” is a goal everyone can get on board with, the law also includes a rather broad definition of “digital assets” that encompasses any digital representation of value recorded on cryptographically secured distributed ledgers. The FDIC is facing long-term recruitment challenges as it deals with reports of a toxic workplace environment. An independent report cited cases of stalking, harassment, homophobia, and other violations of employment regulations based on more than 500 complaints from employees. Read more
VHA establishes Digital Health Office to streamline tech efforts.
The Digital Health Office (DHO) combines several technology-focused components, including health informatics, population health, connected care, artificial intelligence programs, and strategic initiatives laboratory. The DHO will serve as VHA’s central coordinator of digital health strategy and execution. Read more

Drone technology provider Red Cat Holdings has signed a letter of intent to acquire FlightWave Aerospace Systems to expand its portfolio of unmanned aerial system offerings for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations. FlightWave will bring its Edge 130 Blue military-grade tricopter to complement Red Cat’s Teal drones in order to meet the requirements of the Replicator initiative. Read more

TRIVIA ANSWER ⭐️
The new 51-star design would be adopted on the following July 4. — An executive order states the following: “On the admission of a new State into the Union one star shall be added to the union of the flag, and such addition shall take effect on the fourth day of July then next succeeding such admission.”
There are no exceptions to the American flag’s design. It must have one star per state. Old flags won’t be obsolete. You can fly any of the old flag designs anytime. (Source)
