JF Taylor Inc. has completed its acquisition of Bugeye Technologies.

JF Taylor is a defense solutions provider that offers research, development, testing, evaluation, and technical services.

Bugeye Technologies is an engineering and manufacturing solutions company that provides complex mechanical and electrical assemblies, design and build services, and commercially available simulation products to its customers in the industry and government organizations.
