ITT Inc. to Acquire kSARIA

Behrman Capital has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its portfolio company kSARIA Holdings to ITT Inc.

ITT Inc. manufactures engineered critical components and customized technology solutions. It delivers products like pumps, valves, monitoring and control systems, actuators, switches, brake components, shock absorbers, and isolators.

Behrman Capital invests in management buyouts, leveraged buildups and recapitalizations of established growth businesses. Its investments are focused in three industries: Defense and Aerospace, Healthcare, and Specialty Industrials.

kSARIA delivers solutions for mission critical applications. The company provides advantages for Mil/Aero connectivity solutions from cable assembly design, connector products, fabrication, installation, training, and logistics management.
