ITC Federal, an IT support and enterprise services provider for federal national security agencies, has named Yemi Oshinnaiye Chief Technology Officer.
He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
Most recently, Oshinnaiye was Chief Technologist at Capgemini Government Solutions, a company ITC Federal bought while launching ITC Digital Solutions.
He also spent more than ten years at the Department of Homeland Security, serving as DHS Deputy Chief Information Officer from 2019 to 2022 and then as the Transportation Security Administration's Chief Information Officer from 2022 to 2025.
