BlueHalo has acquired Ipsolon Research.

BlueHalo is a provider of space, air and cyber domain technologies. It develops and transitions next-generation capabilities by focusing on inspired engineering.

"Ipsolon designs and manufactures high-performance, ultra-small form factor Software-Defined Radios (“SDR”) for use in mission-critical spaces constrained by harsh environments." - BlueHalo

According to BlueHalo, the acquisition of Ipsolon Research will enable expedited timeframes for rapid prototyping and product delivery. It also supports several of its ongoing technological and strategic initiatives.
