Garrett brings extensive executive leadership experience in strategic growth, program execution, business development, and operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has led complex engineering, cybersecurity, software, and information technology portfolios while helping organizations expand capabilities, pursue new opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions in support of critical government missions.
