Federal agencies are looking to improve customer experience (CX) across government, including CMS, which has been driving toward improved customer experience for some time now. It recently updated its Medicare.gov website; following the update, customer satisfaction with Medicare.gov increased from 56 percent to 72 percent in just one year – a 16 percent jump. SpaceX and NASA ready Falcon 9 for Crew-8 mission.
SpaceX and NASA are preparing to launch a Falcon 9 rocket, carrying a Dragon capsule with three NASA astronauts and a Russian cosmonaut, on March 1st. The Crew-8 mission will go to the International Space Station (ISS) after liftoff from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Read more
