Everfox has named Steve Pykett as its new Chief Financial Officer.
He has more than 30 years of financial leadership in aerospace, defense, and communications. He comes to the role from Intelsat, where he led financial transformation and merger integration with SES. Before that, he spent 34 years at Raytheon, including a senior finance role in the historic merger with United Technologies.
As CFO, O'Brien will oversee Everfox's global finance organization, covering financial planning, accounting, treasury, investor and lender relations, tax, and internal audit. He will also support the company's long-term growth strategy and continued investment in innovation.
Everfox provides secure connectivity solutions for critical environments, protecting sensitive data across networks, domains, and allied systems. The company focuses on securing data movement, user access, and threat neutralization for mission-critical operations.
