CyberArk to Acquire Venafi

CyberArk has agreed to acquire Venafi from Thoma Bravo.

CyberArk delivers identity security for humans and machines across business applications, distributed workforces, hybrid cloud environments and throughout the DevOps lifecycle.

Thoma Bravo is a private equity firm that manages private equity and credit funds. It is known for being active in acquiring enterprise software companies.

Venafi is a cybersecurity company that provides machine identity management and IAM to enterprises worldwide. They develop software to protect and secure cryptographic keys and digital certificates.
