Constellis has announced the appointment of Daniel Gelston as Chief Executive Officer.
In this position, he will oversee the integration of predictive analytics and AI‑driven operational intelligence into Constellis’ service offerings, with the goal of shifting the company’s security posture from reactive responses to a more proactive, technology‑enabled prevention model.
Gelston previously launched and expanded the government portfolio at C3 AI, where he led major AI‑driven mission solution wins across the Department of Defense, the intelligence community, federal law enforcement and civilian agencies as president of C3 Federal Systems. He later moved on to serve as group president for defense and security and as CEO of CAE USA Inc. His background also includes senior leadership posts at L3Harris Technologies, Smiths Detection and Cobham.
