BlueHalo Acquires VideoRay

BlueHalo has completed its acquisition of VideoRay.

BlueHalo delivers capabilities in the areas of Space, C-UAS and Autonomous Systems, Electronic Warfare & Cyber, and AI/ML. The company develops and brings to market next-generation capabilities to support its clients’ critical missions and national security.

VideoRay provides underwater robotic technology systems designed for critical inspections, search and rescue operations, and public safety missions. The company also offers comprehensive repair and maintenance services.
