The company aims to make sustainable value by using experience in acquiring, operating and growing services and infrastructure businesses to its maximum advantage.

Strategic Management Solutions LLC (SMSI) is a project solutions business that delivers management, technical and engineering services to the National Nuclear Security Administration, Department of Energy, National Laboratories and industrial clients.
