Bae Systems Gets Approval for Ball Aerospace Acquisition

BAE Systems has received regulatory approvals for its acquisition of Ball Aerospace.

Bae Systems is a provider of advanced, technology-led defense, aerospace and security solutions.

Ball Aerospace is a producer of spacecraft, data exploitation solutions, radio frequency and microwave technologies, instruments and sensors, laser remote sensing systems, and different kinds of aerospace technologies and products.
