Turn/River completes acquisition of SolarWinds.

SolarWinds Corporation, a provider of simple, powerful, secure observability and IT management software, today announced the closing of its acquisition by Turn/River Capital. The transaction is valued at approximately $4.4 billion. With the closing of the transaction, SolarWinds common stock has ceased trading, and the company is no longer listed on the NYS.

Olin-Winchester buys AMMO.Inc.

Olin has completed the acquisition of small-caliber ammunition supplier Ammo Inc. Olin said in a press release posted Friday that its Winchester Ammunition business will absorb Ammo’s employees and assets, including a newly constructed 185,000 square foot production facility located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
