Alder Technology Acquired by ATS

Acclaim Technical Services has acquired Alder Technology.

Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) provides language-enabled services, technology solutions, and specialized operational support to the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC).

Alder Technology provides IT services focused on cybersecurity solutions, systems, and Tier 1-3 networks for the IC. The company offers transformative technology integration and 24/7 operational support.

ATS Chief Executive Officer Dave Cerne said they have worked alongside the Alder team for years and have been impressed with the quality of personnel and solutions Alder Technology brought to their customers’ most difficult missions.
