Airbus Helicopters has agreed to acquire Aerovel.
Airbus Helicopters is an Airbus division.
Airbus designs, manufactures, and delivers commercial aircraft, military transports, launch vehicles, satellites, and helicopters. It also provides secure communications, urban mobility, data services and other solutions.
