Leidos acquires Kudu Dynamics.

Leidos is making moves in the cyber warfare space with its $300 million acquisition of Kudu Dynamics. The deal strengthens Leidos’ AI-enabled offensive cyber and electromagnetic spectrum operations, reinforcing its commitment to full-spectrum cyber dominance. Motorola Solutions acquires Silvus Technologies to enhance defense communications.

Motorola Solutions is making a $4.4 billion bet on secure battlefield communications with its acquisition of Silvus Technologies. Known for its mobile ad-hoc networking (MANET) radios, Silvus strengthens Motorola’s defense tech portfolio, ensuring troops stay connected in contested environments.

Rocket Lab to acquire satellite payload manufacturer Geost.

Rocket Lab is acquiring Geost from the private equity firm ATL Partners for $275M. The acquisition gives Rocket Lab access to satellite sensor technology used by the DOD for missile warning systems and space surveillance — capabilities that could help it win lucrative Pentagon contracts as the company positions itself for prime contractor wins.
