Synergy ECP has added SPYROS Information and Technology Consulting to its list of portfolio companies. The acquisition was supported by Falfurrias Capital Partners.

Synergy ECP is a cybersecurity, software and systems engineering and IT services provider to the U.S. intelligence and defense communities. The company uses its expertise in data transport solutions, software and systems engineering, and other solutions to deliver capabilities.

Falfurrias Capital Partners is a private equity investment firm that uses the ‘Industry First’ process. This approach involves identifying markets with durable growth trends, constructing a thesis based on research findings, and partnering with management teams and companies to make strategic value.

Spyros Information and Technology Consulting is a cyber operations firm which specializes in solving the country’s cyber domain problems.
