BigBear.ai has agreed to acquire Pangiam Intermediate Holdings.
BigBear A.I. is a provider of predictive analytics capabilities to 160 commercial enterprises. They also provide to government defense and intelligence customers.
Pangiam is a company that solves facilitation, security, and operational challenges.
The anticipated completion of the acquisition will be in the first quarter of 2024.
