Yulista Holding, LLC has acquired DSoft Technology, Engineering & Analysis, Inc.

DSoft Technology is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides engineering, technology, analysis consulting services and solutions for the Department of Defense, Civil and Commercial sector clients.

The acquisition will give DSoft Technology access to market reach, expertise, and additional resources.
