CPI's Electron Device Business is a global manufacturer of electronic components, mainly for the aerospace and defense market.
The acquisition is expected to close by the end of TransDigm's third fiscal quarter of 2024.
According to Kevin Stein, TransDigm's President and Chief Executive, the business fits well with their long-standing strategy. They are excited about this acquisition.
