Accenture Federal Services inked an $81 million Social Security Administration (SSA) deal to accelerate annual form processing.
The agency processes millions of forms annually, including birth certificates, W-2 forms, and citizenship paperwork.
Under the contract, the company will deliver an infrastructure as a software (IaaS) roadmap to provide intelligent automation installation, testing, and training.
