Protesters win! After three bidders alleged that CACI International benefited from conflicts of interest caused by its hiring of former USAF executives, USAF officials have backed off on their award of the Wave 1 of the Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service contract. Accenture, Peraton, and SAIC filed protests that CACI’s use of former AF personnel to work on the proposal gave the winner an unfair advantage. Read More
