SB contracting still a priority, according to SBA annual scorecard.

The SBA’s recent annual Procurement Scorecard shows the fed’s continued prioritization of small business contracting and subcontracting. In 2021, the government awarded $154.2B in federal prime contracts – an increase of $8.5B over the prior year – with at least an additional $72B in small business subcontracts – a decrease of $10.8B from the prior year. Read more

GSA Eyes 2023 Competition for Alliant 3, OASIS-Plus Contract Vehicles.

GSA plans to launch industry competitions for the third iteration of its Alliant contract and the follow-on to its One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services procurement vehicle. CACI with 8% growth in fiscal 2023 Q1 revenue.

CACI International reported $1.60B in revenue for the first quarter of its 2023 fiscal year, up 8% from the prior year period. It attributed the increase to a 4% organic growth and recently closed acquisitions. The govt. technology contractor has said net income from operations rose 4.5% for the July-September period to $132.8M and diluted earnings of $3.76 per share. Read more
