Bae Systems Acquired Malloy Aeronautics

Bae Systems has announced the acquisition of Malloy Aeronautics.

Bae Systems is a provider of advanced, technology-led defense, aerospace and security solutions.

Malloy Aeronautics is a company that provides designs and supplies all-electric uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) to military and civil customers.

According to Simon Barnes, the Group Managing Director of BAE Systems’ Air sector, the acquisition of Malloy Aeronautics is a part of their ongoing strategy to develop and invest in breakthrough technologies which augment their existing capabilities and provide their customers with the innovation they need in response to evolving requirements.
